Our PTFE Coated Fiberglass Adhesive Tape,also called PTFE pressure sensitive adhesive tapes are PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics or skived PTFE film,coated with adhesive on one side, combines the heat tolerance and release characteristics of PTFE with the strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass,providing superior non-stick surfaces and easy but removable positioning on a range of equipment. Our PTFE Adhesive Tapes are non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and are LFGB & FDA compliantfor use in food processing, packaging, and handling.Due to the excellent properties of easy release, non-stick,high heat resistance,chemical inertness,outstanding hydrophobic and dielectric. We supply two adhesive formulations,which can suit different application:
Acrylic PTFE Tape-highly persistent adhesion at room temperature; able to withstand intermittent temperatures between-100°F and 275°F(-73°C and 135°C)
Silicone PTFE Tape-adheres readily to heated surfaces,repositionable without residue and is able to tolerate constant ambient temperatures between-100°F and 500°F(-73°C and 260°C)
