PTFE coated fabric basically refers to a flexible complex material that is generally made by doing coating agents to either one or both sides of the fabric substrate. After applying coating to a fabric it is oven cured which creates an interphase among them. Interphase is referred to a mixture that is formed when the coating agent enters into the fabric substate.
The final output or product we get after coating and interphasing is quite flexible and solid. A coated fabric is often durable and its surface is generally finished with some sort of specific texture like leather. A coated fabric is moreover embossed in imitation of leather. A coated fabric is easily washable and stronger as compared to other flexible fabrics.
